How did you get your start in the property world?

Back in 2012, I studied a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture at Queensland University of Technology. From being in an Urban Design discipline, I found I really enjoyed Urban Development and Sustainability, rather than architecture itself. The following year I started a Bachelor of Property Economics, covering the important facets of Property, Investment and Development. I am graduating this month at which point I will be working full-time for Penfold Property Group.

 

What is the easiest way to help clients into a new home?

I am all about affordability. When helping clients get into their home I start with finding a suitable piece of land that will suit the type and size of home my client requires. When selecting a builder I choose a Home builder that can offer my clients the best value for money. In most instances for me this is with a Dixon Home, a Partner Builder of ours, that offers a reasonable price with great inclusions that will translate to comfort and liveability.

 

As a Sales Consultant, what is Penfold Property Group’s key selling point?

As Land Developers it’s not normal for us to do more than just sell LAND! However, at Penfold Property Group it IS normal as we offer a complete service. Our key point of difference is that we help guide our clients through the entire process from initial enquiry through to moving in. As first time buyers this process isn’t easy, to help we offer a free finance consultation to access your financial capability and then help you pick a home design that will complement the block.

 

What do you enjoy most about being a Sales Consultant at Penfold Property Group? 

As a recent graduate in Property Economics, my studies have provided me with a theoretical understanding of property development and what is important to customers. As a sales consultant, I thoroughly enjoy the fact that my study relates to my work experience as I can use what I have learnt to help clients build the home of their dreams and begin their wealth creation journey.

 

What is your key long-term goal?

In the long term, I would like to utilise the skills and experience that I have acquired from both my studies and time at Penfold Property Group to undertake my own personal development projects and establish myself as a Developer.
