Brisbane's House Price Growth
Penfold Property Group, like the rest of Brisbane, had a bumper year in 2021 with estates selling out in record time for record prices.
"Brisbane’s house prices have increased by a staggering 30.4 per cent in the past year, with the median price now $783,000, following a peak-to-trough fall in values of -1.4 per cent between April and September 2020.
This compares to the 12.7 per cent annual growth for apartments across Brisbane which increased at the fastest rate in December, although it was only 1.6 per cent." The Urban Developer.
