Founded in 2013 by director Marc Wilkinson, the Penfold Property Group was established with a passion and enthusiasm for creating outstanding communities. Marc's qualifications and expertise, along with his hand-picked team of seasoned industry professionals, are the key to the groups success.

From fixed price home and land packages from trusted builders, to finance assistance with our onsite mortgage broker - we oversee the entire process and help our customers work with their builder. We are dedicated to helping our buyers through the entire process of building their dream home, while providing value and quality.
Over the years the team have delivered many successful projects, Arbor & Lakes Edge at Ellen Grove, Evergreen & Magnolia at Pallara and Hampstead Heath & Sanctuary Pocket at Doolandella, just to name a few. Holding senior positions with a number of Australia's largest property groups, Marc Wilkinson has been involved with the development of some of Southeast Queensland's most successful and well known residential communities.
Marc's credentials in property development are incomparable. His qualifications and expertise encompass house construction, civil construction, marketing, sales management and planning, and urban design.
As Penfold Property Group's Company Director, Marc is well-qualified to oversee the development of the group's burgeoning portfolio. His passion and enthusiasm for creating outstanding communities ensures buyers move into quality homes and receive exceptional value for money.
